The Marine Institute vessels and ROV can be provided on a time-charter basis to support a wide range of survey activities in the marine sector. For certain applications the Marine Institute can offer complete “turn-key” marine survey solutions, which include the provision of the vessel(s), crew, surveyors, and equipment. Shore-based services include, post survey data analysis and interpretation, environmental analyses, and the production of final survey reports.
Marine Survey Services
The Marine Institute provides a range of survey services using its two state-of-the-art research vessels. Both vessels are fitted with the latest bathymetric, geophysical and positioning equipment to facilitate the acquisition of high-quality geophysical and hydrographic data.
The availability of an extensive range of hardware and software packages for the acquisition, analysis and interpretation of data, combined with the provision of skilled survey personnel, allows the Marine Institute to offer a range of survey solutions to the oil and gas, energy and telecommunications sectors.
